We do not use targeting or advertising cookies and we do not track your browsing habits for advertising purposes. For details of the limited, strictly-necessary cookies and storage we use, please see the 'Cookies' section below.

7. How Do We Safeguard Your Personal Information?

NetYou 360 is committed to protecting the security of your personal data and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures, taking into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of you as an individual.

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?

We will only retain your personal data for a limited period of time and for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which we are processing it. For example, we will typically retain personal data in relation to consumer services customers for so long as they receive those services and for a period of up to 6 years following cancellation.

The factors that direct how long we will retain personal data include:

  1. any laws or regulations that we are required to follow;
  2. whether we are in a legal or other type of dispute with each other or any third party;
  3. the type of information held about you; and
  4. whether we are asked by you or a regulatory authority to keep your personal data for a valid reason.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

What is a Cookie? Cookies are small text files downloaded to your device when you visit a website and sent back to that website on each subsequent visit. You can find more information about cookies at www.allaboutcookies.org.

Our approach. We aim to use as little tracking technology as possible. We keep our use of cookies and similar technologies to the minimum necessary, and we do not use analytics, advertising, marketing, or behavioural tracking cookies. The cookies and storage we do use are described below.

Strictly necessary cookies (third party — Cloudflare Turnstile). Our contact form is protected from automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. When the form loads, Cloudflare sets a small number of cookies (for example __cf_bm and cf_chl_*) on your device for the sole purpose of distinguishing humans from bots. These are strictly necessary for the form to function and are exempt from prior consent under UK and EU rules (PECR / GDPR). For details, see Cloudflare's cookie policy.

Strictly necessary cookies (live chat — Cloudflare). Our live chat widget is served from chat.netyou360.com and is protected by Cloudflare. When you open the chat, Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm, which typically expires after around 30 minutes) for bot and abuse mitigation, and Cloudflare Turnstile may run on the "start chat" form to confirm you are human. These are used solely for security and are exempt from prior consent under UK and EU rules (PECR / GDPR). The exact cookie names and lifetimes are controlled by Cloudflare; see Cloudflare's cookie policy. No analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies are used by the chat feature.

Browser local storage (functional, first party). We store a single value in your browser's localStorage (key: ny360-theme) to remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme. This is not a cookie, is never transmitted to our servers, and contains no personal data. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this Website.

What we do not use. We do not use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), advertising or retargeting cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any other form of cross-site tracking.

How to manage cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time using your browser's settings — see www.allaboutcookies.org for instructions. Please note that blocking the strictly-necessary Cloudflare Turnstile cookies will prevent the contact form from working.

10. What Are Your Rights in Relation to Your Personal Data?

Data protection law provides you with a number of rights in relation to your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us — see section 1 above. Subject to the requirements of applicable laws, you have the right to:

  1. access your personal data and be provided with certain information in relation to it;
  2. require us to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data without undue delay;
  3. require us to erase your personal data (this right is not absolute and only applies in specific circumstances);
  4. require us to restrict the processing of your personal data;
  5. receive the personal data which you have provided to us in a machine-readable format, where we are processing it on the basis of consent or to comply with a contract and such processing is automated; and
  6. object to a decision that we make which is based solely on automated processing of your personal data.

If you have used our live chat, you can remove your stored email address at any time using the "Remove my email" control within the chat widget, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any chat email we send you. This clears your email address from the conversation record and stops any further chat emails.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which is the UK data protection regulator. More information can be found at ico.org.uk.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

NetYou 360 may change this online privacy policy in the future. If we make changes, we will post the revised privacy policy and its effective date on this Website.
